The first thing to do is check your remote does not need reset, this sometimes happens after dropping.

  1. Remove your batteries.
  2. Press and hold Select button for 30 seconds
  3. Now re-insert the batteries in your Sky Remote.
  4. The remote will flash twice as you press Sky button on your sky remote.

If this does not work use the Return Merchandise Authorization form below to request an RMA, please make sure you meet the terms of our warranty returns.

Returned product(s) must be in sound physical order (nothing broken or physically damaged)
Any additions initially included with your purchase must be included with your return.
The RMA number has to be written on the envelope of your returning product.

Important terms and conditions:

Freight and handling expenses and other fees are not refundable.
You are liable for and must pay shipping charges and you shall accept any loss or damage to while in transit.
If you return Product without an RMA or without all parts included in the original package
We have the right to refuse delivery / charge a 10% handling fee or the value of the missing accessories, whichever is more.
You will be informed within two weeks if your item repair is covered under the terms of our  warranty
